Steel rod – Wire Drawing – Wire Annealing – Rust Removing – Acid Washing – Boiling-Drying-Zinc Feeding-Wire Coiling

Material: low carbon steel wire

Wire diameter range: BWG8-BWG34

Packing: 1-1000kgs/coil, coil with plastic film inside and hessian cloth outside or weaved cloth outside

Zinc coat: 10-25g/m2

Tensile strength: 350-550N/mm2

Elongation: 10%-20%

Quantity in one 20ft container:25 tons generally

Min order quantity: 2000kgs

electro galvanized iron wire is mainly processed into coil wire, spool wire, strand wire, big package wire, or further straightened and cut into pre-cutting wire and U type wire.
